No breakfast, homemade lasagna with bread, and for tea some more homemade lasagna with bread and some chocolate.
It's not too bad, in the sense I have not pigged out, binged ect. The bad thing is that I should be eating some veggies and fruit. (And I want to take a multivitimin EVERY DAY)
Exercise was quite on the thin ground as well, as I hardly didn't swim as there was a technical problem at the pool and I got paranoid about being electrocuted. Did a bit more walking, perhaps 1/2 an hour in total.
More and better tomorrow
UPDATE: Last night before I went bed, I had some more lasagna, and some chocolate and some pate and toast. I can hardly say that I kept to my diet. Oh Dear.
