My period came in the way of my diet. It is not an excuse. I hope that when I am more in control of myself, such things won't affect me so much and make me use food in such ways
I can't even say I over ate because I was hungry, it was more like a habit, even quite mechanical. Anyway, tomorrow I am REALLY going to start.
I have the following goals for tomorrow:
- Eat 2 pieces of fruit
- Have a salad for lunch
- Not pig out
This is tomorrow step. I am going to do it. I don't want to leave the race half way.
