Day 6

FINALLY i have started my diet. It helped that I made the food the day before (Spinach and potatoes), so that's what I had with some bread. Later on I had a cheese sandwich and some walnuts. I am happy about the fact I ate spinach (that was also fresh) and walnuts (very good protein, great to lower bad cholesterol and for the brain).

I have not pigged out, and I have had an active day (this is very important).

As for swimming it was ace. I could have swam and swam once I got a good pace, and felt extremely well in mind and body when I finished (fingers crossed the weather is good tomorrow so I can swim again).

So, my official weigh day is Wednesday, so in one week time I will write up my stats of current weight, goal weight, and before weight (so to see how well I have done).
