I had chickpeas (fried with onion) and a cheese sandwich, then at night another cheese and onion sandwich, one pack of crisps and one kinder egg chocolate.
It is certainly a lot better than the other days, but it is not good enough.
I will have to do a post about rules to my diet, like: eating so many pieces of fruit/veg a day, eating fish, not having more than 4 packs of crisps a week ect (I quite like this idea for a diet, I could call it the emdiet hummmmm)
My father is coming to see me next week. He is also on a diet and is extremely competitive. I think that a competition is a bad reason to diet, but having said that with my dad it would just be a laugh and there is no negative feelings like jealousy envolved. (However, if I let myself compete with my mother in law, I know that would be a nest of envy. That is something I must avoid all together).
SO, can I be on my best best best diet behaviour before my Dad comes to see me?
I can.
PS: Oh for the will to do what my mind wants. (It's sounds easy, but it isn't (or we make it non easy)).
