1. I avoid carbs after 6 O'clock
2. I can have 5 small treats a week
Small treat: 1 small packet of crisps, I small chocolate bar
Bigger treat (worth 4 small treats) nachos with cheese, a lot of chocolate, a lot of crisps, a meal out, a precooked meal ect
3. I have to eat legumbres once a week.
4. I have to have a dish that's main element is salad/veg 5 times a week
5. I have to have 2 pieces of fruit 5 times a week, and 1 piece of fruit 2 times a week (or more).
6. I eat omega 3 fish 4 times a week (brain food).
7. I eat walnuts 4 times a week or more.
8. I take a multivitamin for a least a month.
9. I usually must have good fats like olive oil. Mayonnaise I only have it 2 times at the most.
10. I try to eat as much fresh natural food as possible.
11. I do at least 1/2 hour of exercise at least 6 times a week.
12. I try to drink lots of water and infusions. I avoid fizzy drinks.
13. A plan meals ahead (and shop ahead) and make sure I eat frecuently to stop hunger pangs and sugar drops (every 3 hours if I can)
14. Weigh myself on the wii fit every Wednesday and write up official stats on blog. Also every week publish chart to show if I followed or not the diet.
15. Note when I go or not to the toilet and if I have diarhea (Because of possible allergies)

It sounds very heroic but is it doable. You can be sure Dad will be blowing his own trumpet. You had better get him on the wii. Do make him a trifle at some point.
It made me laugh how a small packet of crisps and a kinder egg trickled in at the end of the day. The small treats don't sound too bad but I am not sure about those bigger treats.
Dad is so suspicious, if I go into a supermarket alone he always says I have got goodies or kinder eggs concealed in my handbag.
He is full of himself and although he is desperate that I lose weight he cannot help crowing how well he is doing. Your plans for your diet seem very good, I hope you can stick to them.
