Plenty of swimming (after swimming i had some cheese on toast and a chocolate cake), I mean loads, and some walking, a salad with chicken (too fatty), some nachos with cheese at the cinema (left more than half) and some toast when I got home.
Going toilet, hardly any water, too much diet coke.
It's not going well enough. When I am not so tired, i will think about this as I really want to carry on the weight loss journey and not stop half way there.

I don't think you can call yesterday a diet day whichever way you look at it. I might of gone off the rails a little bit but YOU ARE SOMETHING ELSE. I hope you get back on track tomorrow.
