Forth Day

I am not stuffing my face, but I am certainly not eating great. On Tuesday I will buy some fresh fruit. Tomorrow I would like to buy some tuna or salmon (fresh). I did tai chi today, I did tai chi the other day, and I want to do some other exercise, not only the swimming, I have a dvd that has gym that is good for stress. I would like to do that a couple of times a week.

Well, the weigh in will show what I have lost, but I have to take it much more seriously. Also, I have to think what I am going to eat when I come home at night from the academy. I will be hungry after all those hours, but it is not a good hour to fill my face. I would like to take some nuts with me to have between hours to keep the sugar levels stable. So the best thing would be that whatever i make for dinner make some extra for when I come home, maybe and extra bit of fish or chicken some soup, something like that. (I just want to avoid carbs at night ideally) Having said that, why should I? I think as long as I avoid bread or big quantities it should be okay.
