When I got on the scales today, I saw the same weight I see anytime in the last two months, that is: 78. something, in this case, 78.6 kilos. I have ate a lot of crap, but I have done quite a bit of exercise as in swimming.
Today I didn't eat much, especially compared to other days. Today is the day I started getting back on a serious diet. I had potato pure I made myself with potato's carrot and onion and olive oil, and I had some home made meatballs as well. I had some cheese on toast for breakfast. But tonight funny for me I haven't had anything.
So that's the kick in day for me. I am basically going to try to improve the quality of the food that I eat. Even though if I want I can have one small treat a day, I would really like to stay clear from all those artificial snacks and if I have a treat let it be as natural as possible.
In my case, I think it is a good idea to eat every few hours, and to avoid carbs at night. That plus some exercise should shift the lard.
